Such feats have enabled the State to secure its position in the global market as the next Knowledge and Technological Capital of the nation. A Nano park perfectly fits in such a growing city and will further add to its credentials.
Commercial policies applicable in the city have helped in luring numerous industries and empowered the state with the tag-’Global hub for knowledge-based companies’. Acclaimed as the top 10 Techno-polices in the world, the city has always encouraged a new wave of industrial development. Incorporating a Nano park is a step taken in this regard.
The Nano park builds hope
With the establishment of the Nano Park, a new hope will build up for Bangalore. The tangible nanotechnology-based approach will provide solutions for energy, food, water purification, security, healthcare and medicine scarcity. In addition to it, the technology will help produce safe drinking water.
With the idea of a Nano Park, the Karnataka government has proposed the nanotechnology entrepreneurs and industries to set up their offices in the park. This will set off the commercial growth of the city significantly. Common facilities and adequate physical infrastructure will be included in the nano incubation centre. With the establishment of the centre, the real estate market in the surrounding areas will boom significantly. Price per sq ft near Tumkur road will jack up, proving beneficial for real estate investors and developers.
