Neharpar: an upcoming locality in Faridabad

An upcoming area, it enjoys connectivity with Eastern Periphery Expressway, which further connects it with Ghaziabad, Noida, Faridabad and Palwal.
One of the major industrial corridor, Neharpar broadly includes residential sectors 75-89 of Faridabad. Also known as Greater Faridabad, it also boasts of robust connectivity to NCR.
However, affordability is the biggest USP of the area. At present, multi-storey apartments are available in the price range of Rs 2,250-3,700 per sq.ft. Further, plots are in the range of 12,200-13,800 per sq.yd in primary market and Rs 9,500-11,000 per sq.yd in secondary market.

There are schools such as Sriram Millenium and Aravalli hills in Sector 81 ,Delhi Public School in sector 80; healthcare centres such as Sunflag Hospital in Sector 16, Metro Hospital in Sector 14 and Fortis Hospital in Neelam Chowk. Apart from these, there are many other commercial and retail facilities, which have been proposed in this locality and is hoped to develop in the next 2 or 3 years.
