NH-24: A home destination in NCR
Locations along the National Highway-24 is fast becoming the residential hub where you can hunt for your dream home. The forthcoming residential projects are well connected to national highways like NH-24 and NH-91. Ghaziabad Railway Station, an ISBT, and the proposed Metro station, etc, are easily accessible from the projects launched here.

Connectivity bonus: 
The NH-24 is soon to be widened to eight lanes as the proposal has been passed. The UP government and National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) have taken initiative to ease traffic jams. The Union surface transport ministry has also passed a proposal for three underpasses that were proposed by the Ghaziabad development Authority (GDA), which will further ease off the traffic and save travelling time.
Added to it, development agencies like GDA, the UP Avas Vikas Parishad and the UPSIIDC have agreed to share the costs in a project to extend the Metro’s second phase in Ghaziabad, which will boost the metro connectivity in the area.
Affordable price :
The housing prices on this stretch are also affordable compared to other places in the NCR. For a 3 bedroom apartment in the mid segment, the current prices stand at Rs 3000-3500 per sq ft on an average, which is affordable than the neighbouring Ghaziabad areas.
