- Sectors 76, 78 and 120 are situated in the developing ‘New Noida’ region which have comparatively lessor rentals than the established sectors and enjoy good rental demand from the working population of sector 62 and 63.
- Sectors 137 and 143 are witnessing the completion of residential projects from the end of last year and therefore have numerous units available for rentals. These sectors are also expected to see rental demand from the industrial sectors of 81 and 82.
- The presence of various educational institutions on the Greater Noida Expressway such as Amity University, Mahamaya Inter College and Panchshil Inter College also add up to the rental demand in sectors like 137 and 143.
- Sectors 100 and 128 are also witnessing the completion of different projects since last year thus opening up these sectors for the rental market.
- Interestingly sector 137 and 120 have retained top position in both rental availability and rental yield. While the former is benefitting from its strategic location near Greater Noida Expressway and the latter is benefiting from the completion of new projects.
