Pune Real Estate Update for Q2 2015

•North Pune retained its top position in Q2 with 35 per cent new units supply, followed by West Pune with 18 per cent.

•Affordable segment rules the roost in terms of market share with more than 64 per cent project launches, followed by mid and luxury segments with 25 and 10 per cent respectively.

•Hadapsar and Viman Nagar dominated in most real estate activities in the quarter including maximum new units supply and rental and resale availability.
