Q3 2015 in a Nutshell
•Affordable segment witnessed maximum new supply in Q3 2015 with more than 67 per cent project launches, followed by Luxury and mid segments with 19 and 15 per cent respectively.
•Hadapsar and Wakad retained their position as top markets for high rental demand in Q3 2015.
•Interestingly, the peripheral areas of all zones in Pune witnessed maximum new units supply unlike Q2 where launches were concentrated in North and South-east only.
•In gross rental yield, the areas that were leading the list were majorly those markets that saw spillover demand from IT/ITeS sectors.
