Recycling the used glass bottles can be a great accessory for your creative and contemporary home decor. The easiest way to re-use your old glass bottle is to colour it. It is an easy, hassle-free way of using them to add colour and creativity to your decor. The best way to colour the glass bottles is by using food colours of your choice.
How to Colour a Glass Bottle?
Choose your favorite food, colour and mix it with half part of water and 1 part of glue and once you are sure of the consistency of the mixture (it should neither be too thick nor be too watery) pour it in the bottle till its full. 
Now put the bottle upside down to let the excess colour leave the bottle. Once it’s dry for about 5 minutes, keep it in the oven at 150-160 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Once the bottle is cooled, you are ready with a brand new coloured bottle to decorate it the way you want.
You can use any colour combination you like. Using a combination of 2 different colours would also add to the looks of the bottle and further your decor. Choose the colour and pattern according to the decoration you wish to do with the bottle. You can also use glass paint to paint the otherwise waste glass empty bottles with unique designs and slogans to add a pinch of zing to your decor.
