The price per sq ft for a residential property in the locality was Rs 5100- Rs 5200 per sq ft in the last quarter of 2012 and appreciated by 8%. In the second quarter of 2013, the price per sq ft ranged between Rs 5500- Rs 5600.
Property buyers in the area are generally offered 2BHK and 3BHK apartments inclusive of all modern amenities. The rental values in the region have appreciated by 20% in the last quarter of 2012, and the trend is likely to continue in 2013.
