Bai Khorshed Bhanu Sanjana Trust leased out the Bungalow to Shahrukh Khan fro Rs 13 crores along with a minimal rent of Rs 2325 per annum charged by the Maharashtra government as lease rent. Recently the government of Maharashtra revised its lease rent rates for Mumbai which may affect Mannat’s rental increasing the annual minimal rent to Rs 19 lakh or SRK will have to cough up a cool Rs Rs 8.3 crore towards the onetime occupancy fee.
