Business Hubs like Bandra-Kurla Complex, Lower Parel, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Andheri, Kalina, Borivali, Malad, Goregaon are now areas with high employment attracting people from the city, and the country. Suburbs offer great opportunities for home buyers with improved infra structure, modern building and institutions such as high end schools, colleges, hospitals, etc., the suburbs are developing into affluent neighborhoods. Even from a rental perspective, the suburbs offer greater options. The younger professional and business class look for significant number of amenities as a given. With India’s largest corporate houses, shifting their commercial operations, suburbs offer the possibilities of a better-rounded lifestyle.

Why are suburbs seeing more demand?

Places like Powai, Ghatkopar, Kanjurmarg, Andheri, from being a manufacturing, industrial hub, to centers of the services sector.
