Among the total number of apartments available for sale here, about 80 per cent are first-sale apartments while 20 per cent are re-sale ones. As for BHK configurations, about 20 per cent are 1 BHK apartments, about 63 per cent are 2 BHK units while about 17 per cent are 3 BHK units.
