Baner is about 10 km away from the heart of the city, along its north-west fringe. The area has the highest number of apartments listed with CommonFloor for sale. Hadapsar
Hadapsar is located about 10 km from the heart of the city along its eastern fringe. Among the listed apartments in the area, about 44 per cent of the available apartments here are 2 BHK units while about 32 per cent are 1 BHK units. Prices of 1 BHK apartments with sizes from 500 to 800 sq. ft. ranges between Rs 30 to 50 lakh. 2 BHK units between 800 and 1300 sq. ft. are priced between Rs 40 lakh to 1.2 crore.
Viman Nagar
