Two major reality hubs in Ghaziabad: Indirapuram and Crossing Republik
Ghaziabad is one of the favorite real estate destinations in the National Capital Region (NCR). Owing to its proximity to Delhi, strategic infrastructure and excellent connectivity, the city has been witnessing rapid growth.
The two major sub-cities which has rapid growth in terms of real estate investment are Indirapuram and Crossings Republik.
Connectivity
Indirapuram:
It is located along NH-24 about 15 kms from Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station in Delhi. Nearest metro station is Vaishali metro station located about 3-4 kms away. It has good connectivity to Noida and Ghaziabad which are also prime locations in NCR.
Crossings Republik:
It is located along NH-24 situated about 10 kms away from Indirapuram. Compared to other areas in Ghaziabad, Crossings Republik offers properties for half-rental price. But it is located far from both Noida and Delhi which is a huge negative for this area when compared to other sub-cities in Ghaziabad like Indirapuram and Vaishali.
Infrastructure availability
Indirapuram:
The infrastructure provisions in indirapuram is better than that of many localities in NCR. It has wide roads, good commercial development along NH-24, hospitals, schools, malls and banks in the area and its surroundings.
There are many famous schools in this area namely Amrapali english school, Delhi public school, Shemrock Parwarish(nursery), Bright public school, St Francis school, St Thomas school, Vivekanand global school, Rainbow playgroup, Cambridge school, Kidzone international and Modern academy.
It has health facilities like Aurora clinic, J P clinic and Avantika hospital. All the daily and weekly shopping needs are catered by the local markets situated in the area. There are 5 malls in this area. They are Jaipuria mall, Aditya Mega Mall, Shipra Mall, Bharti Easy Day and Angel Mega Mall.
So with all the infrastructure provisions at walkable distance, this is one of the most resident friendly areas in NCR.
Crossings Republik:
Infrastructure provision in Crossings Republik is very less when compared to other areas in Ghaziabad like Indirapuram, Vaishali and Vasundara. The social infrastrcuture provisions like health and educational facilities are lagging behind. But there are local markets in the area which provide all the daily and weekly shopping requirements along with restaurants with home delivery available. There are shopping centres located in the area like Galleria market, Spectrum, Dezire, Orbit plaza etc. There is only one school in the vicinity of the area which offers primary and secondary education.
Residential real estate:
Indirapuram has also attracted some of the top developers of Delhi NCR. Supertech, ATS, Windsor, Amrapali, Assotech, Gaur, Exotica, Orange County, Aditya, Shipra, Saya, SVP and other prominent builders have all been delivering their projects in the region. The presence of these developers has not only changed the shape of this region over the years, but has also made it the first choice destination for many.
