Crescent Bay is an award winning project being developed by L&T Realty in Collaboration with Omkar. The design and architecture of the project has been inspired by the beautiful Crescent shape of the moon. The word crescent is derived etymologically from the present participle of the Latin verb “Crescere” that means "to grow”. The gated complex consists of 6 towers with increasing height aligned to form a Crescent. Much thought and concern has gone behind the structural design of the towers and the utilities to reduce the carbon footprint.
Another unique feature of the project is the Sky Deck at level 21 (almost 300 feet) that has a dedicated jogging track along-with a lounge, library, café, Yoga & meditation center, and a host of other recreational and fitness facilities.
