Areas offering affordable villas in Hyderabad
Buyers looking to buy affordable villa residences in Hyderabad in the budget range between Rs 20-50 lakh have much to cheer about. Projects in the North
Along the northern part of Hyderabad, there are many new villa projects in areas like Bowrampet, Bowenpally and Bachupally. In Bowrampet, there are seven 3 BHK listed projects measuring between 1,250 and 2,000 sq. ft. with the price range being between Rs 30-45 lakh. Areas along the east of the city which are renowned for their villa projects are Ghatkesar, Pocharam and Nagaram. Pocharam has two listed projects with one being a 3 BHK project, measuring 1,460 sq. ft. and priced at Rs 45 lakh, and the other a 5 BHK project measuring 2,200 sq. ft. and priced at Rs 25 lakh. Beeramguda, Ameenpur and Tellapur are some of the areas along the western part of the city with many new villa projects. There are two listed villa projects (3 BHK) in Beeramguda measuring between 1,300 and 1,600 sq. ft., priced between 40-44 lakh. Ameenpur has two 2 BHK listed projects measuring between 1,000-1,200 sq. ft. and priced between Rs 44-47 lakh, as well as a 3 BHK project measuring 1,860 sq. ft. and priced at Rs 48 lakh. Tellapur has only one listed villa project (3 BHK) measuring 2,100 sq. ft. and priced at Rs 48 lakh.
