Areas offering affordable villas in Hyderabad
Buyers looking to buy affordable villa residences in Hyderabad in the budget range between Rs 20-50 lakh have much to cheer about. In Srisailam, there is only one 2 BHK listed project measuring 1,200 sq. ft, priced at Rs 35 lakh.
Projects in the North
Along the northern part of Hyderabad, there are many new villa projects in areas like Bowrampet, Bowenpally and Bachupally. In Bowrampet, there are seven 3 BHK listed projects measuring between 1,250 and 2,000 sq. ft. with the price range being between Rs 30-45 lakh. In Bowenpally, currently there is only one listed villa project (3 BHK) measuring 1,660 sq. ft. which is priced at Rs 39 lakh. In Bachupally, there are five listed villa projects (3 BHK) measuring between 1,300 to 1,700 sq. ft., which is priced between Rs 32-40 lakh.
Projects in the east
Areas along the east of the city which are renowned for their villa projects are Ghatkesar, Pocharam and Nagaram. In Ghatkesar, there is only one listed vill project (4 BHK), measuring 1,500 sq. ft. and priced at Rs 46 lakh. Pocharam has two listed projects with one being a 3 BHK project, measuring 1,460 sq. ft. and priced at Rs 45 lakh, and the other a 5 BHK project measuring 2,200 sq. ft. and priced at Rs 25 lakh. Nagaram has one listed project (3 BHK) measuring 1,700 sq. ft. and priced at Rs 30 lakh.
Projects in the west
Beeramguda, Ameenpur and Tellapur are some of the areas along the western part of the city with many new villa projects. There are two listed villa projects (3 BHK) in Beeramguda measuring between 1,300 and 1,600 sq. ft., priced between 40-44 lakh. Ameenpur has two 2 BHK listed projects measuring between 1,000-1,200 sq. ft. and priced between Rs 44-47 lakh, as well as a 3 BHK project measuring 1,860 sq. ft. and priced at Rs 48 lakh. Tellapur has only one listed villa project (3 BHK) measuring 2,100 sq. ft. and priced at Rs 48 lakh.
