CIDCO Lottery 2019: Registration, Draw Date, and Price for Over 9,500 Units Declared

A total of 9,249 low-income homes in 2-categories will be allotted under the CIDCO 2019 lottery scheme.

The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has announced the launch of its 2-housing schemes, the Swapnapurthi Scheme and the Mass Housing Scheme, under which CIDCO would sell over 9,500 units developed across Navi Mumbai. With the help of this scheme, people can certainly get their own house. The houses presented by the CIDCO are at a very low price from the market.
These housing schemes valued at a starting cost of Rs 18 lakh for buyers from the low-income group (LIG) and economically weaker sections (EWS) Categories.
CIDCO Lottery 2019: Swapnapurthi Scheme Details
Around 814 units will be allotted under the Swapnapurthi Housing Scheme 2019, to applicants belonging to the economically weaker section (EWS) and lower-income group (LIG) categories in Sector 37, Kharghar. Of these, around 619 homes are meant for the LIG category while 195 are for the EWS category.
The size of the unit proposed for the EWS category has been put at 28.63 sq.mt while the base price is Rs 24.9 lakh. On the other hand, the size of the unit proposed for the LIG category is 34.36 sq.mt with a base price of Rs 39.1 lakh.
The registration process commenced for both the schemes from 30th August 2019.
As per the CIDCO, the applicants have to deposit Rs 5,000 as the earnest money for units under the EWS category and Rs 25,000 under the LIG category.

CIDCO Lottery 2019: Mass Housing Scheme Details:
Around 9,249 homes will be allotted under the Mass Housing Scheme 2019 to the applicants in the EWS and LIG categories.
The flats in the EWS category priced Rs 18 lakh while the LIG category flats are priced Rs 25 lakh onwards.
The applicants from the EWS category have to deposit Rs 5,000 as the earnest money while the applicants from the LIG category have to deposit Rs 25,000. An additional charge of Rs 250 has to be paid as a registration amount.
The registration has already begun from September 11, 2019. The application will be accepted from 5th September, while the lottery is scheduled to be held on 17th October 2019. The registration process has already begun. Interested people being asked to submit their online application at lottery.cidcoindia.com.

To apply for the scheme, the applicant needs to submit the following documents –
- Pan Card
- Aadhaar Card
- Income Proof Certificate
CIDCO Lottery 2019 Eligibility Criteria:
Points to be remembered that not all applicants would be considered for this scheme. CIDCO has set income criteria to identify reasonable beneficiaries. Any applicant who earns an average monthly income of Rs 25,000 can apply under the EWS category.
An applicant with an average monthly income between Rs 25,001 and Rs 50,000 is qualified to apply under the LIG category.

- Visit lottery.cidcoindia.com/app
- Click ‘Accepted Applications’. The page will be moved to a new page where you can select the lottery scheme.
- Select the area which you have selected in your online application form. You can find your name on the list if your application has been accepted by CIDCO.

The results can be seen on www.Cidco.maharashtra.gov.in and lottery.Cidcoindia.com after 6 PM.
