• Out of the top 5 rental markets, based on availability, Sector 82 tops the list. It boasts of well-planned residential layouts with an array of options in categories such as LIG, MIG and HIG.
• Next in line is Sector-137, which comprises of large residential townships by renowned developers. Moreover, due to completion of several residential projects, it also boasts of ample availability of properties for rent in Noida.
• Sector 110 and 50 have secured next two positions. While the former boasts of affordable rental options as compared to other sectors in Noida, the latter has a plethora of options. In Sector 50, the demand is catalysed by students of Amity University and professionals working in Sector 126 and 127 that mainly houses several IT companies and other major MNCs.
• Lastly, Sector 76 secured fifth position. Situated in the developing ‘New Noida’ region, the said sector has comparatively lesser rentals than the established ones. Thus, it enjoys good rental demand from the working population of Sector 62 and 63.
• In top markets based on rental yield, Sector 121 topped the list followed by Sector 100. Both these sectors boast of ample ready-to-move-in inventory.
• Interestingly, Sector 121 lies in close proximity to the industrial belts in Sectors 63-68.
• On the other hand, Sector 100 lies in close proximity to Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and IT hubs of Sectors 126 & 127. Additionally, it is also close to popular educational institutions including Amity University.
• Sector 77 and 120 also secured slots in top markets based on rental yield. Since these sectors are still developing, one can find a lot of affordable options. Thus, working population of Sector 62 and 63 prefer these sectors.
