· All top 5 rental localities based on availability were skewed towards the western part of Hyderabad.
- Demand in this region is mainly driven by the IT/ITeS professionals. Localities such as Kondapur, Gachibowli, Hi-tech City and Madhapur are established destinations where IT professionals prefer to live close to their work places. There are an array of rental options available in these localities in different price brackets depending on the amenities and locatio
- Miyapur and Kukatpally are established residential markets with good social infrastructure facilities and commercial stretches towards NH-9. These two markets are seeing spill-over population from nearby IT hubs and are also dominated by students from intermediate and graduation colleges in and around the localities. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) is one of the prominent amongst the list.
- Miyapur and Kukatpally markets offer affordable rental prices with lesser cost of living compared to Madhapur and Gachibowli.
- The Rental Yield markets are also more or less same as top 5 rental markets based on availability with the exception of Begumpet. This may be due to stable prices in the city from last few years.
