After the success story of developing a number of projects in Patna, the company is focusing to develop its business in Indirapuram, vaishali, Noida and Greater Noida, the Delhi NCR region.



Having its aim to enter in NCR, the company has launched its first project in Greater Noida. The project " Manorath” being developed in Sector-16 Greater Noida-West is fast developing and is spread over an area of 15000 sq. mtrs. which has 650 residential units.



In its project the group has incorporated all modern facilities and constructing eco-friendly building. The project is being developed on Green –Building concept.



The Group has employed highly educated engineers to oversee construction work and to ensure quality material, leaving no scope for any lapse, in the execution of the project. The Project Manager is of high repute having supervised a number of projects to his credit.



At the helm of affairs are the directors who have apportioned their area of specialization and are headed by them individually.



The Group has engaged M/s Andleys Associates, an organization of a team of talented, experienced Architects and Engineers, having created innovative design concepts/building, as its ARCHITECT.
