The history of Motwani Brothers (JV) Builders & Developers dates back to the 1980's when the 3 founders Mr. Keshav Motwani, Mr. Kamal Motwani & Mr. Nand Motwani started their own Garment Export company known as MOT Exports Pvt. Ltd which at its time and still is one of the biggest & most prominent Garment Export Factories in Ulhasnagar City.
Later the 3 founders decided to diversify their business line and hence branching out into Construction & Development was chosen as the way forward. The foundation of Motwani Brothers (JV) is the immense experience, business acumen & people management skills that were gained through the Garment Export business over the last 30 years.
We have always believed in providing a strong value proposition to our customers be it through our ethic s, our values and our quality management tools. We will always strive our utmost best to offer our products without any compromises on quality and time commitments.
Our 1st Residential project, ‘MAYUR HEIGHTS' is based on the foundation of all the above mentioned qualities and is a perfect showcase for our abilities in the field of construction & development.
Going forward, we have 2 more residential projects coming up in Ulhasnagar City which are in the conceptualization & Plan approval stage with plans to further diversify and move into development of commercial structures in various parts of Maharashtra.
