Shri. A.G. GURUSAMY had promoted the Company Saibala Enterprises Private Limited was originally started in the year 1994 in the name of Saibala Credits P. Ltd., And it was registered with Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu and also registered with Reserve Bank of India as NBFC and doing the business of Hire-Purchase Financier and General Financier. Then, as the Company switched over to the Construction and Real Estate Business, the Company changed name as Saibala Enterprises P. Ltd., and doing Flats Promotion business and Real Estate business.

There are 6 Directors in the Board. Shri. D. SAMPATHKUMAR , an industrialist is the Chairman of the Company. Shri. G. THILAGAR is the Managing Director of the Company. Shri. K. VENKATARATHNAM, Shri. J. SIVASUBRAMANIYAN, Shri. S. SUGUMARAVEL and Smt. T. VENUMADHAVI are the other Directors of the Company.

The shareholders belong to various walks of life. But, every one is keen on improving the performance of the Company.
