The company started with land development for its clients for residential plots and to market them. Since its inception, the company focused on marketing of developed plots for residential purpose due to its limited resources and the entire business evolved around marketing and created thousands of marketing and sales jobs for young and aspiring educated youth.
Right from the day of incorporation till date, the company marketed 380 Acres of land and generated good revenues for its clients. But the company earned only a meager substantial percent of the revenues generated over a period of three years. But the company gained enormously from the real estate industry in Hyderabad and confident of expanding its business scope to large scale land.
