The SWO-INDIA LTD, incorporated to carry on the business of construction, promotion and development of township, including affordable and low cost residential units, bungalows, flats, apartments, blocks, quarters, commercial complexes and other units, factories, farms, warehouses, godowns, stores, cold storage etc, to maintain and provide all kind of amenities and facilities therein and sale, purchase or to otherwise facilitate the same in India and/or abroad.



Under the Special Benefit Scheme, the company’s efforts are directed to serve the two segments of central government uniformed personnel, the Serving and the Retired who shares the right to a decent standard of living together within the same community after retirement from active service. Living within proximity of available medical facilities and re-employment opportunities are essential for fulfillment of human life of a soldier beyond simple survival after retirement.
