It was the year 1994, Mahendra S. Taywade a young energetic and dynamic civil engineer, made the foundation of Mahendra & Mahendra Constructions, which is grown up into Taywade Industries Pvt. Ltd. He started working in the real estate industry independently after coming back to Nagpur from Mumbai. At Mumbai & Pune he completed various projects for his principals with a great success and appreciations. He returned to Nagpur, his home town with a specific vision of home making , particularly for lower medium class people.
