According to Noida Authority, they have planned to upload all land ownership and title related details on our website. Documents like lease deed conditions, status of sanctioning building layout plan and other NOCs and notices issued to the developers will also be uploaded. This will help us, the investors to get a proper details and information about the project as well as the developers. This a great relief and the illegal documentation will be stalled.

Being an end user, i feel that recently in Noida and Greater Noida have become a den for land sharks who have been cheating innocent investors. Even though several property-related frauds have been committed, they have hardly been reported due to no ignorance of police and authorities who do not pay any any attention to the complaints of the home buyer. Hope this new rule can bring some change for us.

For now the decision is taken because Uttar Pradesh chief minister have strictly directed the authorities to ensure protection for buyers and plan a proper documentation to evade property related cheating.
