According to the news land owned by DDA-near Dabri Mor-has been cleared for handover only recently while land near Kalindi Kunj is yet to be handed over, although Metro claims its handover has also been approved.

Only 15-20% of construction work on 'Line 8' has been started to date. In contrast, work on the Mukundpur-Shiv Vihar corridor is being done at a brisk pace and construction of stations has also started.
