Guys there is also an elevated road is proposed to be developed near the Dadri-Surajpur-Chalera (DSC) road till a flyover near Bhangel. The proposed six-lane road will be 5.5 km-long. The Noida Authority has given its nod to the project. So a quite planned, but need to see how much takes pace and within what time.

According to sources, it has been estimated that around 20 highway projects involving an investment of about Rs 27,000 crore have currently been stalled, mostly on the basis of pending approvals.

Hi, yes there are few new infrastructure developments thats coming up in Delhi for better connectivity.. one of them is a six-lane flyover which has been planned to be built at the Hero Honda Chowk along the Delhi-Jaipur highway (NH-8), Gurgaon.
Also i got to know that the cost is estimated to be around Rs 100 crore which is given by the Central government.

hmmm there are quite a lot, like Elevated road at Hero Honda Chowk,New highway from Jhajjar to Dwarka,flyover at Bahalgarh Chowk,Widening of a bridge near village Rasoi and all..,
This will be a factor for NCR real estate market to rise and grow . There are also chances that the price might go upwards.
