CONCRETE WORK :

• R.C.C. framed structure as per design.

BRICK WORK :

• All external walls to be 200 mm thk. 1:6 cement sand ratio properly cured.
• All internal walls 75 mm/125 mm thk. With 1:6 cement sand ratio properly cured.

PLASTERING AND FINISHING :

• All external plaster to be 20 mm thk. In 1:6 cement sand ratio properly cured.
• All internal plaster to be 12 mm thk. In 1:6 cement sand ratio properly cured.

DOORS :

• All door frame to be 2 ½” X 4? made of Sal wood properly seasoned.
• All main entrance doors should be of paneled type 35 mm thk. With 15 mm thk.
  Wooden panel made of hillock, bhola or gammary with fitting fixing complete.
• All internal doors should be of flush door type, machine made phenol bonded
  formaldehyde treated of standard make with all fitting fixing complete.

WINDOWS :

• All windows are of aluminum make with 4 mm glass panels with M/S grill approved design by the architect.

PAINTINGS AND DECORATION :

• Plaster of paris finishes on all internal walls over plaster and on the interior surface of staircase, landing, garage etc.
• One coat of primer for doors, windows, grills, pipes, etc.
• Two coats of cement base paint (snowcem) to outside of building & one coat of weather coat.

SANITARY & PLUMBING :

• UPVC/G.I. pipes I.S.I. approved and C.P. bib cocks and stop cocks local make.
• Each toilet is be provided with:-
• White porcelain wash basin with C.P. fittings.
• One hot water line with all fittings excluding Gyser. (in common bathroom).
• E.P.W.C. white porcelain including approved seat cover and P.V.C. low down cistern with all fitting fixtures complete.
• C.P. wall shower with control valves.

KITCHEN :

• With C.P. waste fitting, P.V.C. waste pipe and C.P. connector, C.P. stop and bib cock etc.
• 100 dia floor trap 1 no.
• Kitchen counter 5?-0? long will be provided with black stone 2?-0? wide and back wall to be finished with white glazed tile of
  3?-0? high along with steel sink on the adjacent wall.

ELECTRICITY :

• All electric ware and cable will be of copper and all specification and workmanship as per I.S rules.
• Electric points in flats will be provided 20 points. (approx)
• All building are to be provided with earthing.

FLOORING :

• All floors vitrified tiles.

LIFT:

• 6 passengers lift of standard make.
