Twenty Seven years ago, Anil Kumar Gupta, M.D, dared to venture into
incognita – Construction that was then an unstructured industry.

Our M.D had taken off his career as a proprietor of Anil Constructions
delivering many small housing projects, but never contended. The
proprietor concern then gathered momentum with a lot of encouragement
from his friends, relatives and esteemed clients ensuing the formation
of Anil Suresh Constructions.

The partnership firm learnt newer techniques and standards of modern
construction from the west and implemented them here. They immediately
saw incredible result with their small projects.

With this ray of hope, they dared Saligramam, which was then a
deserted area with barren lands and famous for the Asia's largest film
studios then called Majestic Studios, being devoid of any
infrastructure. It had just one single lane road named Arcot Road, which
often used to be a picnic spot, for film lovers to have the glimpse of
famous actors and actresses. Today these are the various apartments
prefixed with Majestic taken from the once landmark Majestic Studios.

We pride ourselves in pioneering the concept of Multi-Storied Apartments in Chennai. Arihant Majestic Towers, Koyembedu
is a standing tribute to be the Chennai's first multi-storied building
having 17 floors. The project being pioneered with another construction
giant Arihant Foundations, Chennai.

With the edge of professionalism and growth, the second generation of the family Nitish Gupta, Director took a step forward in the restructure of partnership firm to Aadinath Home Finders Pvt. Ltd.
