Structure

• Seismic-proof RCC framed structure (Stilt Upper 5 Floors). Solid red bricks for the walls.

Plastering

• Internal, External and ceiling with double coat cement plastering.

Painting 

• Internal painting of smooth finish with wall putty and two coats of Acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer. Elevation with a combination of texture, cladding and putty finish as per architectural design and emulsion paint. Parking area with two coats of cement based waterproof paint over a base coat of primer and parking signage with paints.

Flooring

• Good quality teakwood frame and door with melanine polishing and designer brass hardware fittings. Internal doors of Teakwood frame or 55mm thick Engineers door frame (Subject to availablitiy) and moulded skin doors, enamel painted with SS hardware fittings and waterproof doors for bathrooms and utilities. Windows of glass sliding uPVC with provision for mosquito mesh shutters and grill. Ventilators of UPVC with provision for exhaust fan in toilets.

Tiles

• Kitchen: Glazed digital tiles dado upto 2' height above kitchen platform.

Toilet

• Designer glazed digital tiles dadoing with borders up to door height.

Electrical

• Concealed cooper wiring in PVC conduits with necessary. Provisions for Light points,Fan points,AC,TV,Refrigerator,Micro wave-one and Geysers. 3 phase supply for each unit and individual meter boards, Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB) for each distribution board.

Plumbing

• White colored EWC's wash basins in toilets of Reputed Brand, Standard Quality C.P fittings of reputed Brand.

Power Back Up

• Full back-up (Excluding ACs and geysers)

Drinking Water

• Individual Drinking water system (RO) to each flat.

Utilites/ wash
