Plastering:
Internal walls: Two coats water proof plastering in cement mortar, smooth putty finish false ceiling with POP design in all rooms.

External walls:
Two coats waterproof plastering in cement mortar.

Painting:

Anti-fungal, waterproof, acrylic based paint, texture surface with Renovo (or) equivalent.

Doors/Windows:
Wooden polish (Asian/ICI/Burger or equivalent) to all doors, windows frames and shutters.

Electrical:
Concealed multi-strand copper wiring with 3-phase meters and MCBS. Good quality modular switches, power plugs for A/C, geyser, washing machine, mixer and refrigerator. Concealed wiring for telephone, TV, master antenna, Internet and cable line in all rooms.

Solar:
Toilets and Kitchen providing hot water.

Water Supply:
24 Hour water supply from well, in addition to municipal water supply.

Generator:
Soundproof stand by generator for lift, common areas and one light point in all bedrooms, dinning, hall and kitchen.
