FITTINGS : Good quality branded sanitary fittings as per builder's choice.
WATER SUPPLY : 24 hours GMDA water supply is ensured with underground reservoir and head tank with appropriate capacity of water pump.
CAR PARKING : Covered Car Parking Space of standard size car at reasonable rate as per approved design.
ELECTRICAL : Concealed wiring with good quality materials.
A. Progress Linked Payment Plan
10% of the Total Cost Shall be paid as booking amount.
10% of the Total Cost Shall be paid on Deed of Agreement of the Flat.
15% of the Total Cost Shall be paid just before Ground floor roof casting.
15% of the Total Cost Shall be paid just before 1st floor roof casting.
15% of the Total Cost Shall be paid just before 2nd floor roof casting.
10% of the Total Cost Shall be paid just before 3rd floor roof casting.
10% of the Total Cost Shall be paid just before 4th floor roof casting.
10% of the Total Cost Shall be paid on starting of brick wall and
5% of the Total Cost Shall be paid on offering the possession of the said Flat.
