Sector-75 is a developing locality, situated in the south-eastern part of Faridabad. The Sector is situated close to Faridabad Bypass Road and share its border with Agra Canal to its west. It falls on the eastern half of Faridabad, and is slowly catching up with the developed western and northern regions of the city.

Sector-75 is surrounded by developing sectors such as Sector-76, Sector-73, Sector-74, Sector-79, and Sector-80. It also lies very close to the NTPC Faridabad. Other important and developed areas in Faridabad like Sanjay Colony, New Industrial Township, HUDA Staff Colony are within a 10km radius of Sector-75.

The area is seeing plenty of development in terms of residential properties and complexes. With builders such as Aggarwal Properties and Hindustan Realtors playing an active part in the market, good and affordable residential projects are coming up in the area. Flats are dominant in the area, but residential plots or lands and independent houses can also be found in reasonable proportions. The commercial sector is yet to boom in the area, but one can see that happening in the not-so-distant future.
