The name "AFRAAH” (an Arabic word) means Happiness which is the prime motto of the company. Afraah Construction is an Innovation creating proprietorship company established by MR.M.MOHAMED SHAFFIR, B.E. who has completed several Commercial complexes and Residential projects (Apartments) jointly with his father who is also a Builder by profession between 1997 and 2006. Thus gaining ample knowledge in construction field before starting his own company.

In the year 2006, MR.M.MOHAMED SHAFFIR, B.E. decided to establish his own company which exclusively focus on Duplex Bungalows, Premium range of Apartments and Gated community which strictly meets the standard of High Quality and Specifications at affordable price. The company has highly qualified Architects, Engineers and Contractors to execute the projects which meet the Standard quality and Innovation.
