Structures:
RCC framed structure with fe415 steel and M20 grade concrete as per recommendations of Structures consultant.

Internal Walls:
115mm brick work in cement mortar 1:4 neatly plastered to achieve a smooth finish.

External Walls:
230mm brick wall in cm 1:6 finished with external plaster with cement mortar 1:5 to the architectural requirement.

Flooring and Daddoing:
Living & Bedroom: 2'X2' Branded Vetrified tiles.
Kitchen, Service Area, Balcony & Toilet-l'xl 'Anti skid ceramic tiles.
12'x8' Ceramic tiles for walls upto 7ft height in toilets.
12'x8' Ceramic tiles up to 2ft height from kitchen top.

Joinery's:
Main doorframes and shutters will be a first quality Teak wood 5'3" and ornamental shutter.
Bed room doors will be Teak wood frame 4"x2.5" with imported skin doors & bathroom doors, PVC Frame & PVC shutter.

Windows and Ventilators:
UPVC with plain glass and grills.

Painting Finishes:
Internal walls one coat cem, two coats emulsion ACE with altec putty (smooth finish) external walls painted with one coat of white cement and two coats of exterior emulsion or equivalent (ACE).
Window grills & doors to be finished with one coat of primer and two coats of enamel paints.

Electrical:
Three phase electricity with concealed wiring.
Switches will be of Fancy Modular (white color) with Metal Box.
Separate meter will be provided for each flat in the electrical board located outside of flat area.
A/c provision will be made for all bedrooms.
15 Amp plug point will be provided for fridge and washing machine.
Electrical concealed wiring using only Anchor and Finolex and ISI Branded Copper wires.

Television and Telephone:
TV and Telephone points will be provided in living and master bedrooms only.

Plumbing and Sanitary:
Toilet will be provided with IWC & EWC white color and flush tank (Parry ware).
Kitchen stage with black color Granite.
Stainless steel sink with Daddo up to 2' height.
All taps will be ISI branded Waterman.
