• Parking Tiles. Bathroom Floors: Anti skid Ceramic tiles of Johnson/ somany/Qutone or equivalent make.

Bathroom Walls:

• Glazed tiles dado up to 7' height of Johnson/ somany/Qutone or equivalent make.

Painting:  

• Interior walls: One coat of primer and two coats of tractor emulsion paint of asian/berger/dulux paints or equivalent make. 
• Exterior walls: Two coats of exterior paints over one coat of primer of asian/berger/dulux paints or equivalent make. 

Plumbing and Sanitary Fixtures:  

• C.P. Fittings of Cera/Jaquar/ hindware or equivalent make. sanitaryware of Cera/Jaquar/ hindware or equivalent make.

Kitchen:

• Black Granite platform with stainless steel sink and 2' height glazed ceramic tiles dado over platform.
