• 2'6x2'6" Vitrified Tiles flooring with 4" skirting in Bed Rooms, Hall & Kitchen Simpolo Tiles/ Equivalent. 1 Txl 2" Vitrified Tiles flooring with 4" skirting in Balcony, Utility & Corridors Johnson Tiles / Equivalent. 

Kitchen 

• 2'0" wide Granite platform provided with stainless steel sink Elica / Coracel, glazed ceramic tiles dadoing up to 3ft height.

Toilets 

• Glazed ceramic tiles upto 6ft height, White color sanitary ware (ISI Standard), Ceramic ware CERA / MEDAS. European WC in attached bathroom with low level flush tank in toilet. Hot and Cold water mixer with basin in attached toilet. 

Electrical 

• Anchor / Havells Switches & Concealed Copper RR Kabel / Havells Wires. A/c provision in Master bedroom. Provision of Geyser points in attached toilet. Refrigerator / TV in appropriate locations. DB with miniature circuit breakers MCBS.
