STRUCTURE

• RCC framed structure.

BRICKWORK & PLASTERING

• Brick work would be solid concrete blocks

KITCHEN

• Black granite platform with stainless steel sink.Provision for chimney, water purifier, microwave oven and washing machine in utility area.

DOORS

• Main door frame in teak wood with moulded teak veneer shutter. All other door frames in Sal wood and OST Shutter with enamel paint on the other side. Toilet door of waterproof flush shutter with one side PVC coat. Good quality of hardwaie for all doors.

WINDOWS

• UPVC Sliding Shutters with mosquito mesh track provision and designed  MS Painted grills

FLOORING

• 2' X 2'vitrified tiles flooring for hall, dining, kitchen, bedrooms, balcony and utility. 
• Anti- skid tiles in toilets.

PAINTING

• Internal: Two coats :1 Luppam / putty and two coats of Asian Tractor Emulsion two coats of Asian Tractor Emulsion paint over a base of primer in all rooms. External: Asian Apex painting.
• External: Asian Apex painting.
• Common Alea: Asian Tractor Emulsion.

TOILETS

• All toilets consist of
• a) EWC wall-mounted with concealed flash tank [CERA or equivalent make.]
