Masonry Work
Masonry work using common AAC blocks in super structure. In cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).
Internal wall Plaster
15 mm thick single coat cement plaster on interior masonry wall / Plaster concrete work in cement mortar (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand) in smooth finish.
Internal wall Finishing
Birla wall putty (Two coats) of approved brand & manufacture on finishing wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.
External wall Plaster
20 mm. thick sand faced cement plaster on walls consisting of 12 Plaster mm. thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) and 8 mm thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1 (1 cement: 1 sand) etc.
External wall Finishing
wall with weatherproof exterior emulsion paint on wall finishing surface to give required shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials etc. complete.
Flooring
Providing and laying 600mm x 600mm or 800mm x 800mm Vitrified 8 mm thick tile flooring over 20 mm (average) base of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) or L.M 1:1.5 laid on new surface or fixing on existing flooring by adhesive material including dismantling of existing flooring and jointed with color cement slurry including finished with flush pointing & cleaning the surface etc. complete For light shade.
Glazed tiles in :
Providing 10 quality glazed wall/floor tiles of approved brand. Toilet and Kitchen
Door :
Providing and fixing flush door shutters of 30 mm thick, solid core construction with frame of first class hardwood or granite framing with cross board and face veneer or plywood face panels.
Window :
Providing powder coated aluminum fully glazed windows & ventilators of standard sections as per site conditions.
Electrical
Works Providing branded modular switches with concealed copper wiring with adequate number of points and MCB distribution panel for extra safety.
