Apranje Estates Ltd. was launched on 29th Apr 2008, as a company with interest in real estate development and affiliated services.
The flagship entity of our group is Apranje Jewellers, a provider of premium jewelry in diamonds and precious gems. The firm has been operational since 1961.
On 17th Dec 2013, the company got into a partnership with M/s. Elite Properties to develop gated layouts in Bengaluru especially focusing on the newly emerging Northern Suburbs. Elite properties already had five projects completed to their credit.
The company has also launched several residential projects in premium residential areas in Bengaluru, viz. Defence Colony, Koramangala, Nandidurg Road, Indiranagar and Varthur.
AEPL was converted to an unlisted Public Ltd. company on 21st Jan 2015.
