Legend Group’s has made an ambitious foray into Indian Market and started its first luxury apartment project called Legend Joswana in Thripunithura near Kochi. With 393 projects to its credit, Legend Joswana is the group’s 394th project. Joswana is a 15-storey, 75 luxury apartments project. The group is planning to make Rs. 500 crore investment to tap business opportunities in the Indian soil. The group is ambitious about constructing 1 crore sq.ft by 2017. The group has already invested a large sum in acquiring land holdings in South India including Kerala.
