• The project will be enclosed in a brick boundary wall of 5’ height and will be 115 mm thick and will be accessible from two gates with gate house with CCTV cameras for security.

• The water supply will be made from an overhead RCC water tank of approx. 2 lakh liter with PVC pipes.

Sewer System

• The project will have proper sewer lines with main holes connected to sewage treatment plant of adequate capacity as per norms of Lucknow Development Authority.

Overhead Electricity Supply

• The project will have overhead electric supply from ABC conductors with electric poles and transformers installed as specified by U. P. Electricity Board.

Street Lighting

• Adequate LED electric street lighting will be installed on electric poles.

Storm Water Drainage/Rain Water Harvesting

• KC drains will be made along the road and rain water harvesting/conservation pits will be made to conserve and recharge rain water.

Landscaping/Park

• The company will strive to achieve maximum plantation in open spaces along the roads,in parks and other common areas. There will a water body in the park with a dedicated kid zone and sitting areas. The park will be enclosed in a boundary with iron grills.
