  • We are using Refinalry sand for Plaster Work.lt gives good hold for furniture. 
  • Mostly builder are Doing only Gypsum Finishing. because of only gypsum plaster ,there are more chances of Leakages and cracks.

  • Mostly builder use mixture of crushsand for Plaster the durability of furniture isn't so good .

CURING

  • Curing is the most Important part in Construction and We are doing Proper curing.
  • Mostly builders dosent do proper curing.

BRICKS

  • We are using Red bricks, in brick work red bricks are joined with the Cement, so it gives, more strength to the wall. 
  • Red Bricks maintains room tempreture, which is good for us. 
  • Construction cost in the red bricks is more than siporex Blocks. 
  • Mostly builder using Siporex blocks and its joined with the chemical ,hence it has less strength. 
  • siporex Blocks does not maintains the room temprature. 
  • Construction cost in the siporex blocks is less than Red Bricks 

R.C.C.BAND

  • Before brickwork, we are providing R.C. C. Band. It gives more strength to walls and reduces the chances of seepage also.
