All walls are 1st class K.B /Fly ash bricks in 1:5 proportion of cement mortar.
Plastering
1:5 cement and mortar.

All rooms are made of good quality vitrified tiles/marbel flooring.
Kitchen
Cooking platform is made of Granite stone with CP fitting,glazed tile up - to 3'-0" ft above the cooking platform.
Toilet
7'0" ft high of ceramicc glazed tiles.IWC or EWC pan with cistern & all the sanitary fitting will be CP Brass.flooring will be of antiskid tiles.
Bed Room
An open cupboard will be provided in each bed room.
Doors
a. The enire frame(Chaukath) of the doors are made of wood.
b. The door shutter of the front door is solid teak.
c.Toilet doors are made of panel door with fiber glass inside.
d.All other door shutters are made of flush door.
Windows
Window frames are made of aluminum,sliding shutter with glass panel & MS grill fitting.
Painting
All outer walls shall be finished with weather coat All inner walls shall be finished with JK white pooty with two coats of plastic paint.
Electrical
Concealed conduit with copper wiring, adequate outlet for light, fan, plugs, calling bell, TV point with MCB box & main switch of ISI make.
