At Bairavi Properties & Construction (P) Ltd., we're all about inspiration.

We take our name from raag Bairavi in the classical tradition of Carnatic music, a raag usually played at dawn to usher in the new day. Our passion for practical architecture ensures we build homes that are aesthetic, functional, comfortable, and spacious.

Our first enterprising projects were ‘ Prosper Park ', and ‘Prosper Lakeshore' – homes that were snapped up by discerning investors in record time. In 2004 we gave you the Bairavi Dhrupad, 42 magnificent designer apartments in a prime locality with easy access to the airport, and to some of the premier schools and shopping malls that the city has to offer.
