Foundation : Properly designed R.C.C. Foundation for storied framed structure.

Structure :All Walls will be of standard quality Fly ash/ K.B. with cement mortar of (1.6) ration. All external walls are 10" thick & internal walls of 5" thick.

R.C.C. :All R.C.C. works such as slab. Columns, beams, lintel, chajja will be done of marks (1:2:4) aggregates, with the stone balast size of 19mm down graded with intial level.
Plastering :-External plastering will be of 12mm & internal is of 16mm thickness with cement mortar of(1:6).

Flooring: All the floors will be finished with standard ceramic floor tiles with 4" skatting. However, the qarage floorings will be of chequer tile.

Kitchen :Cooking platform will be of R.C.C. with green marble finish, tile cladding upto 2'0" height & stainless steel sink.

Toilets : Anti skid ceramic flooring & wall glazing upto 6'0" height, with standard P.H. Fittings.

Doors : All the door frames will be of seasoned sal woods. All the doors will be flush doors of 30mm thick & main door will be designed flush door of 32mm thick, with standard fittings.

Windows :The windows will be of kasi/garinga/ Akasia frames with glass panels.

Painting :External walls will be piainted with durable weather coat paint & the internal walls will be finished with cement paint.

Electrification :Concealed copper electrical wiring with adequate points with standard fittings of ANCOR / CONA.

Water Supply : Uninterupted water supply will be provided to individual unit found the clock.
