BharatOur first project, ICONIA, is located at Kondapur near Hitech city & is a collection of luxury condominiums. The designer of Burj-Al-Arab, Atkins from UK is the architect & design partner. The interiors are conceptualized by DWP from Thailand, while the theme gardens & landscaping are created by Site Concepts from Singapore. Bath & Kitchen are from Kohler, USA.
