Way back in 1980's a construction company used to be known for building Dams, Roads, Bridges etc., they also used to build Houses, just like any other civil construction, straight buildings with minimal open space and maximum floor space to cash in on every inch of land. Then, in 1990, a young entrepreneur had a dream of building Homes and not the Houses. That young entrepreneur was Khema Bhojwani and thus Bhojwani Homes was born.

Under the guidance of Mr. Khemchand Uttamchand Bhojwani, Chairman, Bhojwani Homes, the Group has achieved a reputation which only a few companies can boast of. For Mr. Bhojwani, customer satisfaction was of paramount importance. The transition from plain and simple houses to Homes with all the modern amenities under pollution free environment took some time to become popular with customers. Once achieved, Bhojwani Homes became synonym with providing a perfect blend of tradition and modernity at a very reasonable cost. The legacy is being carried forward by our CEO Mr. Dheeraj Bhojwani.
