BUILCON GROUP was founded by Bhimani family, well known for their legacy of 100 years in the business of jewellery since 1890 by name of Kanji Pannachand. In the year 1956, the family diversified in real estate trade and is one of the oldest real estate developers today in Kolkata !

Till 1982 the real estate business was under various different companies which undertook project, after which a new group name BUILCON (prefixes of building and construction) was established by the management of the same Bhimani family under the experienced direction of its two key directors Mr. Vipin Bhimani and Mr. Nitin Bhimani.

BUILCON was one of the first in Pvt. sector to commence ‘MIG' appartments in 1983 (which today has become core sector in housing industry) alongwith introduction of the ‘model' flat concept ensuring high degree of transparency ! It was first amongst builders to advocate Home Loans and Credit Rating.

BUILCON, operating under SPV module, has executed several residential projects, catering to all sectors of the society i.e. L.I.G., M.I.G. and clientele from upper crust cosmopolitan society including corporate clients viz : HDFC, Bongaigaon Refineries Petrochemicals Ltd., Asian Paints, Parle Products etc.
