From the traditional roots in Agriculture, Cheloor evolved to a changing focus into commerce by diversifying the fields of business. Shri Ravi Cheloor activated this change when he found Ramdas Movie House, one of the Thrissur's best-known film houses. The family built the Devaki Auditorium at Guruvayur, and diversified into film distribution and property development.



Our areas of operations are Construction Industries – Residential Apartments and Commercial Complexes, Film Industry, Kalyanamandapam, Movie Houses, Ayurvedic and Allopathic Medicine, Plantations etc, Cheloor will shortly enter into Tourism Resorts and Medical Tourism.



We have in our credit 500 satisfied families who live happily in our finished flats in the cities Thrissur, Guruvayur and Ernakulam. 30 Lakhs square feets are our field of activity in these cities and 2000 clients' spreads all over the world.
